Mina of Afghanistan

Meet Mina of Afghanistan:

“Mina was brought to the military vet one day during one of the few rain storms that we have had while on deployment. The vet took her to pest control for rabies quarantine. I frequent pest control due to the interesting animals that they catch here on base. When I found out about this little lady, I was over there the first chance I had. I miss the love and affection from my pets back home, and I couldn’t wait to hold her. It was instant love, which is how she got her name; it means Love in Pashtun, the native Language here in Afghanistan. I know how animals are treated here in Afghanistan, and I would love to give her a wonderful home. While this experience has been very rewarding, she is definitely one the best things that has come out of this deployment.”
